Text placement!!!
Hey, I've added Text into my program, but now I am faced with a problem.
When I add my text to the screen, it doesn't stick it on the screen in a fixed x,y position ( like it does in quake for example ). I only define X and Y positions for it, but it works within my 3D world.
I need it to print directly to the screen, with NO depth whatsoever.. so that there is absolutely NO possibility of it interacting with the 3D world or dissappearing behind walls because the walls are closer e.t.c..
Is there any way, that for the text, I can make it so that it prints to the top right of the screen ( for an FPS counter )?
I hope someone can help. Thanx.

Hi Cobra,
Sorry i'm in a bit of a hurry (time to knock off work and pick up my girlfriend... you understand ), but here's a link to a similar thread that i posted an answer in.
Click Me Baby
It is exactly the same problem you're having (but its a console instead of just text... same principles apply).
Hope that helps you out
EDIT: stupid link screwed up :/
