What's going on with Diablo? Is Blizzard going to develop it in the future? I want to continue that great game into Diablo III - Revenge of Lostrita. The title is copyrighted by me, that means The Games Profressional Solutions. What do you say guys?

I don't think you can copyright the title "Diablo" since its already reg trademark Blizzard, etc., etc. (I'm not going to pretend to be a lawyer here). Also, Blizzard has stopped the development of Diablo, they don't even make any patches or updates anymore, and offer very little support.

I don't know what Blizzard will do with Diablo, I hope they will release a III, but I haven't heard anything about it. One thing I do know though is that you can't develop Diablo 3 without getting permission from Blizzard. Diablo is their trademark you aren't allowed to use it and as soon as Blizzard finds out they will most likely force you to shut down your project and maybe even pay some money. It's a bad idea to develop Diablo III, if it will be a bad game it will give Diablo bad reputation which Blizzard doesn't want and if it will be a good game you will gain money by using Blizzard's property or even make some people choose your game over Blizzard's which Blizzard doesn't want either.

This is the wrong forum - this forum is about creating stories for games. Also your chances of getting to write a script for a sequel to any already-published game are really small, especially if you have no publishing credits and no contacts with that company. Why not try creating your own original game?
