Perhaps you meant to post in the "Business" forum, instead of the "Game Design" forum. Either way, I believe you should check out information about Trademark registration (and the trademark office).
sorry for the wrong toppic, anyhow were can i find that :P
Google comes up with this.

That's if you're going to register a trademark in the US. You will need to have done a total trademark search of the US, at least, which is about $300-400, depending on how thorough you want to go. However, prior to that, you should really incorporate. I don't know what state you're in, but you can Google for your state's division of revenue.

I'm assuming, like the previous poster, that you were intending to be a serious business. I did check out your website, which looks more like a bunch of teenagers who paid for a domain name. ;)
*Cough* Europe, Netherlands *cough*

If that's your site, I suggest you get a better home for those images.

The screen shots and other images point to imageshack, and they've all expired. All I can see is either the "image expired" logo, or a redirect to the imageshack main page.

Refer to the copyright faq. In countries that respect the Berne convention (all countries of any importance), there is no procedure required for copyright protection.

In other words, you instantly have copyright protection the moment the source code is entered in the computer. Similarly, your binaries are under copyright the instant they are generated, and your artwork is under copyright the moment the pixels are stored in memory.

The length of copyright varies by country. It may be 25, 50, 75, or more years. All modern computer content is still covered under copyright, unless explicitly placed in the public domain.

Registration of copyrights is required in many countries before you can sue somebody for copyright infringement. Depending on various factors, the cost can range from very cheap (doing it up front) to very expensive (doing it when you want to sue). You can still send out C&D orders and other legal nastygrams without registering the copyright.
