Thanks for the reply. I get it now. The TD is between what they do and I have a small say in the matter. When I made Parker my Lead Programmer, I gave him freedom to do whatever he pleases. If he decides to write it later and hopefully includes the details of everything, then so be it. I've talked to both of them and they say 'ok'. We'll see what they come up with. Also, I updated the document a tad bit to include what you all have posted. I'm not sure how well it has improved, though I think it's a bit better than before. Let me know please what you all think and I'll try to get it all incorporated.
