Thought I'd share my latest piece: Moment of Inertia It's an aggressive piece that combines electronic and exotic elements. Generally, I do a lot of music that is orchestral (or at least has orchestral elements), but lately I've been trying out more electronic stuff. Thanks for listening! Any feedback is appreciated. :)
That is a well mastered song. Good use of chime/flute to build up the last drop before the climax. The main synth is a little retro for me and an electric guitar might sound better, but the synth fills are spot on. Around 1:12 I could see the flute, or similar instrument, coming back in to play off of a variation of the chime melody to make the song longer, or even having the main synth lowpass filter down to the same tone as the flute, where the flute would come in and the synth's volume reduces to 0.

I agree the piece of very VERY well done. Thumbs up, btw i love your fantasy themes, hope to hear more of them :)...
Thanks for the feedback and compliments.

Yeah iosys, I can definitely picture the flute returning over the louder section to tie everything together, but lately I've been focused on putting together a demo reel that showcases short examples of different styles. So everything I do lately is very compact and to the point - no time for much development.

Glad you liked the fantasy stuff teraslasch... it's the type of music that I'm most inspired by. If I could pick my ultimate job it would have to be doing the soundtrack for a fantasy RPG. Someday... :)
