Another vote for X-Chat here. Clean & simple. The way I like it.

What i've always hated about text based IRC's (xchat anyway) is that if you start typing something, and someone says something, you cannot erase what you typed.
I program in my sleep,but when I sleep I use the partition in my head that doesnt have g++ or the .net library, so im kinda screwed.

Sweet! It's been extensionalized! I always loved Chatzilla, but since I moved from Mozilla to Firefox it was too clunky to use since it depended on Mozilla! I can't wait till it works for 1.5!
