I was wondering if you could help me, I'm desperately looking for some *realistic* cloud textures I can use for a real-time cloud rendering system I'll be working on.. Does anyone know where I might be able to find some useable textures? Or possibly some tutorials/programs I could use to creating my own?

Short tutorial:

Go outside with your camera.
Take a picture of the clouds.
Develop image, put on computer/load digital picture on computer.
Take it into photoshop, cut out the best part of it, improve the colors using levels.
Wala.

Funny enough, this method will work for textures for just about anything you need to do.

Unfortunately, being a student, I dont have the money to afford a digital camera to perform such a task..

Anymore help would be much appreciated..

Well, being a student you have the advantage of access to a lot of friends who might have cameras, and at least access to some art kids who live and breathe the stuff. But, if you still can't do anything about it, Google Image Search for Clouds.
