Hello, I wonder which management tools do you use at your companies. By a management tool I mean a software (it can be website stuff or program) to manage employees' tasks, plan projects schedule and maybe their budget. I'm interested especially in things you have already checked so you can tell me about your experiences. Kind Regards

Depends on company size. I suspect you are not a prospective SAP customer...

Maybe if you listed the software packages you are already using or plan to use and members can give you an opinion on those and suggest other equivalent packages.

Let's say at this moment we have only a little group of people working on site and 5-10 freelancers depending on a project so we are able to manage people 'by hand' with just internal system to share information (kind of Wiki). However in a near future we plan to work with a bigger group of people on few projects simultaneously where 'by hand' solution will start to be really annoying. So I'm looking for a software which will be good both for 1 or 2 teams and 5 or 6 teams working on medium size games. I know there's a lot of software over web but I'm interested in solutions used and tested by gamedev companies.
