ABIT AN8 nVIDIA nFORCE4. I go to SuSE site for a HCL and there's nothing on it.

The machine I'm on now (one of my, uh, many computers :)) is using that exact motherboard and is running Ubuntu breezy. I use NVidia's own drivers and the PCI Express port with an NVidia Geforce 6600 GT. Even though I (obviously) use a Athlon 64 I haven't used the 64bit mode at all (it's not a server and I'm only using a gig of RAM, so I haven't had an excuse). I haven't had any problems using the built-in networking card, sound card (although I think the audio quality sucks; it does have an optical out if you have a "real" stereo setup for your computer), USB or anything else.
