800 frames lost?
Hi!
I recently wrote a terrain rendering application under Windows. Now I ported it to Linux (GLUT) which reduced the fps from >800 to approx. 5.
I should be using the ATI proprietary driver - at least GLGetString() returns

| Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
| Version: 1.3.5395 (X4.3.0-8.18.8)
Vertex arrays and multitexturing are the only "extraordinary" features I use.
Any ideas?
