Time Scales

I've been trying to find time scales for specific areas of creating media for games. I was going to ask in the Creative area, but decided the answers I'm looking for are more likely to come from the business end. I'm curious on the amount of time generally alloted for creating sounds (as in sound effects) for a game. A figure like 1 a day, 400 a week or whatever is all I'm looking for. This is worst case scenario. Another thing I'm curious on is LUA integration times (for a GUI system). I've personally had no experience creating sounds (besides a small play around) or integrating LUA scripting into anything. Sorry if this is a bit vague, but I'm struggling to get decent answers and running out of steam. Many thanks!
I'd break that post into two, and post one (how long to integrate LUA) into the Scripting sub-forum, and the second one (how long to make sound-effects) into the Audio sub-forum. Both are fairly common topics, and someone can certainly help you there.
