I need to find the center of my model. Then align it so it's at x0, y0, z0. This wouldn't be a huge deal if I hadn't already done about three minutes of animation for him. So I need a translation that will move his origin, but not force it on every frame, to allow the movement I have to be unafected. But re-aligned. he's animated and rigged with the standard max 7 biped. If nothing else, let me know how to find his center point! Much apreciated.

Well you could simply just move his pivot point to 0,0,0. basically move his pivotpoint (his center) untill your coord's read 0,0,0. the only problem is that this may mess up your animation depending on how the model was animated. try to change his pivot point and see.

as far as finding the exact center, that can only be done by eye'ing it (as far as i know) change the pivot point and see how he rotates, this will tell you if he is off center and how.

Thank you, good point about the pivot. Unfortunately that means I would need to re-align him for every animation keyframe, I'll have to do this if I can't find a more.. elegant, solution.
