is there anyone doing opengl in linux?
if so, do you know if using glx is faster than glut?
or is better to use sdl with opengl?
It shouldn''t make a difference, glut is just a utility library on top of the X windows interface. Same speed.

SDL works good for me. Nehe''s tutorials 1-20 have been ported to SDL, so it''s been pretty easy for me so far.
