^^^ Hey, you're Sepheritoh from KVR, yes?

Fancy meeting you here! :D
Hi Sepherito. I'll be requiring music for as long as Makin' Trax Production Music is 'alive'!

The library's website should be ready for composers in the next few weeks, and fully functioning for the users a couple of weeks after that (according to the designer).

This will allow composers to listen to eachothers' tunes, and upload new demos for checking, as well as a 'suggestions' area and possibly a forum - specially if you know eachother already!

Well - I've finished another piece...

I've been tinkering with the copy of EastWest/Quantum Leap symphonic Orchestra Silver Edition, and fell in love with the pipe-organ ;)

The bad news is that transferring a peice from Edirol Orchestra into it is looking like it's a job-and-a-half... The velcity info affects it a lot more than Edirol - and getting the balance right is a nightmare... It'd almost be easier to start from scratch, lol. (I'm working on a version of Excalibur with just the strings upgraded, but it's still a lot of work).

In the meantime, however, you can listen to this - my first ever organ peice:

http://www.audioshots.com/auditorium/viewtopic.php?t=3096

(I'd email it - but it's too big).

(I wrote it after running a copy of Bach's Toccata and Fugue through it to see what it REALLY sounded like :) I HAD to write a peice after hearing that ;) ).

It's based on a load of (donkeys years) old ideas I've had for an orchestral peice - though I think it makes for a better organ peice :)

(Only downside is the amount of processing power the organ needs - any more parts than that - and I think it'd blow up! lol... (Thank god for the freeze function in SX2 though).
I've had a quick listen. Sounded really nice - I've downloaded it to take to my studio & I'll mail back as soon as poss.

Hm. I'm skeptical. Before submitting anything via mail I'd like to see both A: a copy of your standard contract mailed to me to see if I find your terms agreeable. and B: A little more credentials. Following your link I got only an empty parent directory and a cgi bin. At least a face page with contact information would be preferable. I also searched the business directory of Barking and Dagenham Burough and found no registration or other sign that your business exsists. As such I'm likely to have to furthur research to validate your companies legitimacy. This is meant as neither an insult or an accusation, so don't take it that way. I'm just very cautious about how I do business.
I've got a few more or less complete tracks for a game I've been writing on my website in my sig.. Sadly they're works in progress, and until I get some better hardware, decent sounding instrumental accompanyment is pretty much impossible (one track has a really fuzzy guitar dub, went out of sync and I had to cut it after about 1 minute, but it's the best I can do on this junker)
