Hi Everyone, Can this be done in Photoshop? http://www.reflexive.com/images/Skin_RA_Flex/feature_background_right.jpg If so can someone tell me what the effect is called? That way I'll know what to search for.

A gradient?

As Fruny said, it's a gradient. You'll find it 'under' the Fill tool (the bucket)

Looks like there's also a small drop shadow too.

Be sure to adjust what kind of gradient you want. It defaults to solid color, but you can get a transparent gradient as well. I will (like any other PS attributes) be at the top bar.
