I just need a prog where I can quickly change the sample rate of a wav from 44khz to 22khz without doubling the length of the song. Also I need to change it to 8-bit mono. I tried Audacity which doesn't seem to do those things (unless I'm doing it wrong). Any help? Oh and the program has to be free because i am not going to pay for something i'm only gonna use once.

I bet Audacity can resample...but you can feel free to link me to the files, or send them to me(PM for contact info). If you only need a couple files changed, I'll take 10 seconds and do it for you.
