Thanks for taking the time to post all that.

You've mentioned a number of excellent points, many of which are actually already in the works. The shield comment you made is working right now, although slightly different than you described... You can buy a converter, that converts excess ship energy into shields/health. The catch is, you have to have full energy for it to work, and that means you can't fire. There are generators you can buy now that replentish your energy at greater rates. I have engine upgrades in the works.

I toyed with some enertia code a while back, and somehow came away just irritated with the loss of control. I think it warrants a deeper look into the matter, however.

The scale is something I've come to notice; I didn't think it was much of an issue, but you may be right. Unfortunately, I'd have to go back and change all of the entity file specs to fix it, but it's a relitavely minor thing.

I should probably bind the fullscreen button to do what F1 does.

...And fuck yeah, that tracking minigun was awesome. I've thought seriously about implementing it, and this is just pushing me over the edge.

An AI wingman is doable with the engine I have. It'd just take some time to code decent AI for him. (but I guess that was obvious)

I really need to get back to my friend who's hosting that file, and give him an update.
