Hiya peepz, I've been working on a new game framework for the past week, it currently has window initialization and that's it!
It supports both OpenGL and DirectX, so I wasn't really sure where to post the request for people to test it, but as I like this forum, I posted my request here :)
Please test the beginnings of my new project eXodus!
If there's any screw ups with the initialization, I'd love to hear about them...

Something I hadn't taken into consideration... Just out of interest, as my CPUID failed to detect what your processor vendor is... what is the make/model of your processor? (So I can look up on google how to detect it!)

It's so cool that after 12 hours of trying to figure out this DirectX fullscreen malarky (Trying to set displaymode manually, then discovering that DX does that stuff for you.. while I'm telling the machine to do it aswell).. that after all that brain scratching, eXodus V0.0 appears to be working!
However, I'm a little mifted as to why in all these logs, OpenGL reports less texture units than DirectX does, looks like you've all given me something to look into.. thanks mucho!
