How would you hit 6, 5, and 'plus' at the same time?

Leaving jump as spacebar, what would be the four easiest controls?
Seriously, the controls are the single most important part of a game. They are the link between the player and the game content. Good controls allow them to enjoy the game to the full. Bad controls can ruin the play experience and they will give up before they see any of the best bits.
However, controls are relative to a lot of other elements in the game. I have worked on dozens of games and its impossible to decide up front what controls will be best. Just put in default ones but make sure you test and retest throughout development. Make sure you get fresh eyes to test them towards the end. It is very easy for developers to get used to faulty controls over time and then not fix them.

if youre using just the keyboard, I think a unique and easy to control scheme would be:
WASD+QE = move.
Up = high attack
Down = low attack
Left = Mid attack
Right = Grab.
If you're using a mouse, Id kind of perfer the idea of having left click being a left punch, right click being a right punch, and holding control to be a kick
Also, i really like Evil_Greven's of left+right click = grab.
