i'm using debian 3.1 with xfree86(4.x?) and gnome. i noticed not all of my keyboard bindings in gnome work. i believe it's my keyboard configuration in /etc/XF86Config-4 and i can't the info to fix it. the last couple times i tried to reconfigure xf86 "the debian way" i couldn't restart the x server. if anyone knows how to fix it manually i'd greatly appreciate it. here's the keyboard section in my config:
