Totally not GL related but we're a community after all or not? I've noticed there has been much less activity in the last few weeks. I guess most people is running around under the sky? Read this also as "knock knock... is there somebody?".

Busy at university...our classes are all year round...

I also still have my part-time jobs. 10 hrs
I'm stupid and I took summer classes. 15 hrs

Time left for OpenGL 0 hrs

I'm not complaining, I really wanted to get a couple of these classes out of the way. It's just that my extra time for personal projects went out the window.

It's just too hot here to think, damn summer humidity in England etc.. I sleep sweating, I wake up, after almost drowning in my own sweat... My meak body can hardly survive, let alone give my brain sufficient energy to think... As soon as I aclimatize to this shit hot weather... I'll be back in front of the good old IDE. =)

Just remember, the snowy mountains are getting a meter of snow, and its snowing for quite a few parts (like the blue mountains, you wake up with a frozen garden).

Me, what am i doing, i was smart enough to take a summer class called showreel, in it i am currently creating a 3 min hi quality movie(think ILM quality and then step down a notch or two or fifty) and then im adding other stuff i have done in the end of that.
It is keeping me fairly occupied, but i do have to squezze in a little ogl time there as well, since it is going to be in my showreel.

Mmmm.... toasty, we got about the same here today(and it's summer here).
But remember it's not cold until the teperature drops below -20C and it is not way to cold until it hit's -40C.

I'm quite surprised this turned out this interesting.

I really was thinking most people here was from US but I now see there's an active amount of people from other parts of the world - some are simply good to read because so different from what I've always experienced. A winter june from the south hemisphere of the world. I seldom think about it but it's quite strange for me - and the fact is it's just right.
I also didn't think about mountains. There are quite high mountains here but in this period of the year they doesn't get so cold.


I must tell you, I found all your replies somewhat relieving.
I feel somewhat better knowing the fact I'm not the only one in this kind of situation. Waking up early, working some days and studying others, I hardly have time to manage my hobbies. I really cannot keep up with the duties anymore but I will simply get out of it.

University exams at the moment.

Plus I work 2-3 days a week commercializing augmented reality.

That and I have a full year project going, making an AR interactive star-wars exhibit... For that I'm leaving to america in about a month...

Ohh and my new engine..
