It's not an emulator, it's a reimplementation of the various APIs. Other people have reported no speed difference between the 2 platforms, so it's possible Yamian has background tasks running or something like that.

Now I'm trying to duel boot Fedora Base with Windows XP. To do this, I press any key to enter the menu right when the computer turns on, then select the partition I set for windows. Then it says
