excuse my ignorance but what are the LCD screens that artist draw on to make their art, or if that isnt enough it looks like an LCD screen laying flat and artist draw on it.Once again excuse my ignorance.

Yeah, but beware of the price, a touch screen is going to set you back quite a bit of $$$. Is there any particular reason you need one? You could go the much cheaper (and just as effective) route and snag yourself a tablet.
