How do you plan to make it as a developer?
While searching for info on publishing games I found this thread from a few years ago. It's about how people plan on "making it" as an independant game developer. The thread has several posts from people with first hand experience as an indie developer. I would like to reask this question to not just independant developers, but also those who work with publishers. If some of the people that posted on that original post are still posting, please update me on your current situation.

Their insight really makes me look forward to being an indie developer because of all the things not to do that they talked about.
