Well chalk me up, as #8. Question, Blumojo...Did U load that bitmap for Tut 6 without the Library (Glaux.dll)? Everytime I tryed it the program crashed & I got an error message calling for dys Library.
Zero_Infinity:
I did link glaux on lesson number 6. Here is the line I had in the Project->Project Options:Further object files... box:

-lopengl32 -lglu32 -lglaux

-Blumojo

I think the name for the moon is LUN or LUNA. Hence the words lunar and lunatic

Big BluE, if U have the GL Aux Library (glaux.dll) can U please post a link of where it can be downloaded or please Email a version 2 Me. I''ve searched all types of engines & could not find the Library.

Thanx

Boo! This is an old article. Don''t bother with it.

I had glaux.dll, but I reformatted my hardrive, and it was on the list of things I forgot to backup. It shouldn''t take too long to find another, though.
Chess is played by three people. Two people play the game; the third provides moral support for the pawns. The object of the game is to kill your opponent by flinging captured pieces at his head. Since the only piece that can be killed is a pawn, the two armies agree to meet in a pawn-infested area (or even a pawn shop) and kill as many pawns as possible in the crossfire. If the game goes on for an hour, one player may legally attempt to gouge out the other player's eyes with his King.

You only get it here until 10-11-01, when I am switching ISPs

gee i wish people here would have been this helpful when i had trouble with Dev-C++.
just 2 weeks ago i went out and got V-C++
how on earth did you find glaux.dll to begin with.
i asked people to help me find it and everybody said it doesn''t exist.

*Screams in pain*

hmmm. thats interesting.
i banged my head 17 times and thats all that got typed.

oh well. you guys should stick with Dev-C++.
its alot less painful than VC++ as you may see above.
i still have it on my drive right now.

one of the hardest things i tried to do on dev-c++ was make a working targa(.TGA) loader.
after retyping the same code ten times it worked.
then when i used it in a different program it didn''t work anymore.

its frustrating but once you get it theres no problem
