I prefer Hase version as well, thanks Gyrthok for typo and grammar ;) Yes I would have removed the modification part as well.
For credits I agree with Hase. But we don't force anyone, it should be natural to put anyone involved in credits (like we did with this pack and the person who lend an hand to export).
Well after all that change, we finally have a very cool looking license.
We'll post more screenshot of the pack with different point of view and wire, to show it's real quality mesh and texture :)
Also, you can easily edit the pack by mixing handles and blades for example (then some color change, a few painting on the blade, done) it takes 10-30 min, but you have a brand new weapon :)

I definitely wasn't trying to suggest you don't deserve to be in the credits, or that the requirement would prevent me from purchasing. Just that including that as a requirement in the license (which when defouled, could mean the instant trashing of our 2+ year project) doesn't seem like your average buisness deal.
There is lots of room in credits. But the purpose of a license is to protect your work.
guys thanks for all the great advices you provided us with :) We'll post some more juicy screenshots as soon as we get time to render them and arange them :)(we are busy with our real jobs but we hope to post some new screenshots for you)
I'm really looking forward to Saruman buying this pack since he was so dissappointed in the license at the begining which stopped him from buying. Now that is more friendly I'm looking forward him buying it ;) No buy yet, but perhaps soon ;)
All other that are intersted in the pack are welcomme to buy it, we really need all the support we can get to be able to produce more interesting packs :)
