ATTENTION ALL GAME DEVELOPERS: As a future game developer I have been very excited about a system that many thought would just vanish… not likely. I am an Atari Jaguar enthusiast and on the verge of making some new games for THE FIRST 64BIT SYSTEM. The Jaguar is very much alive and has elevated to new heights. When Hasbro released the Jaguar to public domains quite a few Jaguar enthusiast immediately took interest. Some pretty exciting things have been going on here & there is no sign of it stopping. For sometime now the Atari Jaguar community has been doing some incredible underground game developments. We are always looking for new game developers and would encourage any to support this new window of opportunity that have become something more than what many of us has expected. This is underground in the truest definition and you’re invited. This is one game console that you’ll never have to through away because we plan on keeping this thing going for along time to come. I’m talking about a game console that has five processors running top speed. Come and support us in our efforts to keep this truly one of a kind American-made 64BIT 3D-MACHINE ALIVE. There are no limits to how far you can go. http://songbird.atari.net/ http://www.buyjugs.com/ http://www.holyoak.com/atari/ www.atarihq.com http://www.scatologic.com/ http://www.telegames.com/

64-bit? Just because the Jaguar had two 32-bit processors doesn''t make it a 64-bit machine.

The point is this, the Atari Jaguar is still a good system & quite a few people seem to want to see new games for it 64bit or not & I would encourage anyone who wants to make games for the system to come and get on the bandwagon. This system is a programmers toy in my opinion. If your in the game programming business, chances are, if you can here you can make it any where. Around the begining of this year Scatalogic "http://www.scatologic.com/" held an auction on EBAY for thier highly awaited title "BattleSphere"... The game sold for over $1,000. That''s just how bad they want this Jaguar to survive. If you don''t beleive me, go to "http://www.atarihq.com/interactive/" and ask around on their forum. You would have to vist that site frequently but it shouldn''t take long to get a respones. But, whatever you do, DO NOT MENTION EMULATOR. You might not like what they have to say.
