Just read the sticky up at the top and tried to reply but it boots you out. Locked?
Although that's a great article up there I think there's a big hole in it. There's no mention of speakers...monitors. Headphones are good for referencing stuff but should never be used soley for mixing and mastering. With many people using surround systems and subs you need a decent pair of monitors.

I have 2 pairs of genelecs too, great speakers :)
