Happy ending

But please tell me there's a way to have a real relationship with Krystal by the end. Nothing depresses me more than an hopeless love story.
There is a way to have a real realtionship with Krystal. It starts at about Stage 2. Related plot elements:

1) Krystal is demanding and annoying, but the PC is kind and patient.
2) While Krystal and the PC are uncovering the mysteries and the conflict between Cincra and TaraSuh, Krystal realized that the PC wants peace.
3) Krystal asks the PC about justice, and PC speaks of sacrifice and the peace beyond justice.
4) Krystal starts to do things in the background, trying to prevent the truth from being uncovered, so that peace can be maintained. (She thinks that as long as the characters don't discover the truth, they won't start fighting.)
5) Krystal is prepared to take the blame, so that the conflicts can end with her and peace can follow.
6) Krystal is becoming suspicious, while the PC goes deeper into her thoughts and psychology
7) Everyone started to gang up on Krystal, while the PC discovers her identity.
8) Krystal tricks the demon-form to possess her, while leaving a weakness for the PC to defeat her along with the demon-form.
9) PC sees the situation, entered through the TaraSuh and Cincra barricades to see Krystal. and transforms into another spiritual form to fight the demon-form squarely.
10) The second spiritual form neutralizes the demon-form, and the PC and Krystal are back together.

Quote: I basically see it as this, correct me if I'm wrong. It's an adventure game of sorts. There are lots of adventure games out there with many different endings based on your actions. Yours has this, but there are also many different beginnings based on your actions, and you find out about them through detective work in the game.
Yes.

Quote: Doesn't seem overly-complex to me. And as for the combining of Sci-fi and fantasy... it works. They're almost the same genre to begin with, and there are plenty of works out there that have both. i.e. Star Wars. Futuristic technology. Magic. Prophecies. Aliens. It's all good.
Indeed not overly complex. As for the combining of Sci-fi and fantasy, the concern is that there are already too many similar works.
