what is appWizard

i'd downloaded appWizard for visual studio.NET and had run the setup. After the install process, I don't immediatedly see its functionality. please advise.

I have this problem as well; I'm running .NET 2003.

oh yeah me 2... I conlcluded to recode everytime.... or copy and post from previous projects
