Sometimes my win2000 displays all the icons and folders in 16 colors... nothing !!!! i''ve to use format c: and reistall all the system... I''ve tryed everything... drivers, options, registry (!!!!). Someone has a solution ????

you mean you could not see icons anymore sometimes, or you could not watch the 32bit ones ore you could only watch the 32bit ones?

a bit of a overkill formatting cause icons are shown with 4 bit colour
maybe worth a try is the ms program "tweakUI" theres an option ''repair icon''s''

I can see them only in 4 bit
