Does OpenGL support AMD-CPU acceleration, so that it speed-up the 3D-Programm? Is there a way to optmize the OpenGL programm to seed up? What have I to do, to keep the file-size of MS-VC++6 programms small? Thank you very much for your help!!!

the drivers for your card should have 3dnow optimisations.
goto the amd website and have a look for info on optimsations for 3dnow . IIRC there is a SDK.
for vc do a release build and select "optimize small size" in the c code generation options.
