Installing Suse Linux 9.1 Personal

So I was installing this on my PC, and the installation was done and up pops this message, it says These Packages returned and Error XFree86_Mesa 3ddiag RealPlayer SDL XFree86-fonts-75dpi SDL_ttf XFree86 SDL_net SDL_mixer SDL_image DirectFB OpenOffice_org and then it did wierd stuff, im kind of pissed becuase now I can't even boot Windows. . . how do I fix this?
corrupt disc (probably a tiny dot of backing came off)

You can download a free md5sum checking utility for windows and then do the sum checks on cd and the number you get from the linux distro download site. You can try doing fdisk /mbr to restore your windows boot sector but I'm not sure how successful that restoration is. I did it and I got file allocation table errors little bit later after I done it. You can also try to reinstall linux again with a good cd disk.

I'd agree it's probably a corrrupt disk. As for getting windows back try reinstalling Suse with as few packages as possible - this will reduce the chance of the installation failing. If it's complets it installs the boot loader which should at least allow you into windows....
