I have created a model in Poser which I imported into 3D Studio. I would like to dramatically reduce the polygon count. Could someone tell me how I can do this (either in Poser or 3D Studio). Thank you.

Polychop is the way to go. Search the plugin database on max3d.com for URL to download.

Just asking but what poly count do you want...as poser models tend to be 10000-40000 polys...?
