I doubt you will find anything that isn't copyrighted. Any Freeware packs might have a liscence agreement that says your game must also be freeware if you use them. Have you searched on Google or anything?

But just between you and me, I would just take some sounds from some already existing games and "tweek" them in a sound editor (to avoid detection) and use those.
