I need to find a good program to make images/animation or a website that has them. Im making a game that the main char can walk aroun like diablo or Ultima online. My question is where should I look to make those images/animation I know they are 2d but would I use a 2d or 3d image creator. no 2d one that I have found comes in that style. Is there a name for that styl of Image?
