Modeling error with Blender (X file) ?

I have a very simple mesh that I am working with (a single box). When I scale the mesh in Blender to reduce its size, and then export the X file, the model appears to be the original size when used in my game. Any ideas? [Edited by - WilyCoder on September 17, 2004 12:23:05 PM]
I have not used Blender but it may be that it is scaling the mesh using a matrix scale rather than altering the actual vertex positions - perhaps there is a way to make it do this.

Yes I can do that. But I would rather permanently modify the model rather than have to do the scaling calculation every frame.....
