I liked the ones by hawkprey at --> www.hawkprey.com In his 2d concepts section, I'm talking about Tweaky and Tweaky Mom. I use them as a general reference for proportions for females. I keep a printed copy at hand in case I can't figure out what looks off.

there is also www.3d.sk, the best reference site I know, where you will have full body figures, with lots of details, and focus on every body part, face expressions, etc... a really great site :)
