Tutorials and MFC
What changes do you have to make to the code to use it in MFC - MFC for instance doesn''t use winmain () etc?
This link has a 4 part article and code for OpenGL & MFC:

I have some examples that I have put together to do exactly this, but Jeff wasn''t interested in posting them. He didn''t feel that there was enough interest then. Perhaps you can convince him otherwise.

If Jeff doesn''t want to post it, he doesn''t have to... You could get your own site and post it, or you could just email ogl (original poster) with the code or whatever... Don''t just tell him you''ve got it and not let him see it...

I don''t remember saying I wasn''t interested in posting code. Anything that helps out the community will be posted. If you sent me email about the link, either I didn''t know you wanted the link posted, or I missed your email completely. Send again, but please don''t put words into my mouth
Don''t need people upset because they think I''m not interested in supporting something.

I''m not upset. I hope you are not upset because you are the best. I''m not putting words in anyone''s mouth. The email was many systems crashs ago and was destroyed, but the gist of your reply was no to MFC on you site. And no is ok, you are one of the hardest working people I know and don''t have time to getting around to everything. When you said no, I approached the OpenGL Developer FAQ writer and I am responsible for much of the MFC information there. If you changed your mind and want to post some MFC code and/or tutorials, I will cooperate in every way.
Jeff e-mail me on this. I don''t want to respond to people on an individual basis because I don''t have enough time. I hope everyone can appreciate that. There is an downloadable MFC example and in the OpenGL Developers FAQ. I have ruled out putting up a OpenGL MFC website, don''t have the know-how and wouldn''t want to put up a crappy site. I can''t imagine doing as nice a site as you have.
Joel
Hey, don''t bother comparing your would-be site to this one that NeHe''s got here... Most of the sites out there are a lot worse than this one and don''t even supply info. The theory there is, if you''ve at least got the info to share, and it''s good, it doesn''t matter how horrible the site is, as long as it''s got the info on it... Hell, doesn''t even need that fancy-shmancy news column, eh, Jeff? Hehe.
