Here is an Idea I had not long ago, write down a design document, how stuff should work and all, the more detailed the best, write a game engine design document, create interfaces and whatnot,
...
get the code and put it together as if it was a puzzle, if your design is sound and everyone followed the instructions, it should fit, and in the end everybody wins.

What do you guys think? [smile]

I think that if you pulled it off you could get a job working as a producer for any game company you chose, since you'll have proved an ability to do most of the things that game producers normally screw up, when they screw up, (irrespective of how hard they try, since the problem is that you don't have direct control over the success/failure).

Therefore if someone were in fact interested in working with us they would be dealt with on a personal level ...
As I said, my post wasn't a critisism but an explanation as to why people wouldn't want to accept your offer. In the Internet age it is all too easy for people to check you out and your image is what they see (the web site etc). In many cases that will be all they see as they will be put off and never make personal contact - you wont get the chance to explain why X is X and Y is Y.

Here endeth todays lesson. Good luck with your venture.
