Hello, I am looking for some successful indie developers that concentrate on developing multiplayer only games (normal multiplayer or massive multiplayer games). Can someone name a few? Thank you. Take care, Jester

My companies website: www.nielsbauergames.com

Here's a few:

Bravetree, "Think Tanks"
21-6, "Orbz", "Grav Rally"
Samu Games, "Artifact"

There are more, of course. Look on MPOGD.com. Lot's of multi-player-only games there.

Reactor Interactive - Sector 13. That game looks like it's going to be a success (as it's not released yet).
Three Rings was independant for a long while, and depending on your definition still is, and doing quite well.
Playful Minds focus is only on multiplayer strategy games, although not multiplayer only. GTC has done well for us, about to launch a few new titles, as well as our own game lobby for finding other players.

What are you looking for?

Eternal Lands is our game, and while not a huge success, our average number of players online is usually over 200.

You can look in the help wanted section of this forum. At the top there is a sticky thread about indie games, based in the gamedev comunity, that are showing success, most are multiplayer.
