I know program "Deep Paint 3D" witch able to draw direct on 3D model, "Deep Paind 3D" cost much, is there some other programs who could draw direct on model???

Hmm, there's Deep Paint 3D. There's also ZBrush, but that's $490.

Hmm, on the cheap/free side, there's Tatto. I tried it out, but it was a bit too imprecise for my tastes. And, uh, there's also -- Well, that's it, as far as I can tell.
