Hi, I'm a programmer by trade, trying to learn how to play the piano I think i'm doing ok. Just wrote some quick tunes not to long ago, you can check them out below. new_test.mp3 <a href="http://www.powergfx.com/slow_ballard.MP3>ballard.mp3 Thanks PaulJ [Edited by - PaulJ on July 18, 2004 8:25:02 PM]
I would've guessed you're a programmer even if you didn't tell us- everything is extremely structured and neat (in terms of Western Classical theory, at least).

This stuff is quite good, in a really corny sort of way. I'm guessing you listen to a lot of videogame-y music. Good sounds and sequencing.

The second one is almost Kenny G, I love it.

What are you using there? Sounds to structured to sound like midi, but lacks the specific timing of impulse tracker.

Anyways, its nifty stuff, reminds me a bit of the old Epic game Dare To Dream.

Thanks, I'm glad that everyone liked something about the music, I'm currently using a Korg Triton workstation and the built in sequencer to create the songs. I'm still learning things on this keyboard so I am hoping to improve
