newer version of the red book

hi all,
ive checked the links recently posted by nehe and i found that the version of the redbook is 1.0.
i dont know where i found, a long time ago, the version 1.1 of the book in pdf format, so i guess that it could be a good idea to share with all of you
it was hard (because my internet conection sucks), but at least i could uploaded to my page.
you have to download all files, eliminate the ".zip" extension (just delete it) and uncompress it using winace.
(this is because geocities doesnt like .ace extensions)

I am sorry to dissapoint you, but I downloaded version 1.1 in 2002 :) I think that's the default version you find, if you do a search on google.

Is there a version 1.5 yet? I asked the people at Barns and Noble but they had to do a search for it, and they spelled OpenGL with a space and said "no, it doesn't exist at all" so I just agreed with them and walked away.

The fourth edition has been published in November 2003. It covers OpenGL 1.4

i think its correctly written (remember english is not my first language)
i said "newer" and not "newest"
well... i may be wrong... not sure... who cares? :-D
i post this becauses i followed the link that nehe post in his main page.
and i saw that it was version 1.0 of the book
then i think "why should people dowload version 1.0 if they can get version 1.1?"
if you already has this version, then share it!!! :-p
btw cowsarenotevil: there are even newer versions, but they are not free to download, you can always check the newest in amazon

Did you check the GameDev.net version: http://www.gamedev.net/reference/list.asp?categoryid=31#197 for the 1.1 version? I think it is 1.1
