I'm new to the world of OpenGL,Glide and Directx. My question is how can I tell what version or release I have for OpenGL,Glide and of DirextX like direct draw and such.

Each of these have different ways to determine how you get their versions. For OGL and Glide Im not sure, I always just replaced my OGL driver with one I knew was good when I didnt know what I had.

For DX, there is a DXDIAG.exe utility that will give you version number as well as a ton of other info on your verison.
