I''m not even going to start arguing about OS''s, will be here all night. There should be some simple ways of handling windows messages that will work under 98 and 2k, even if it''s just an extra check. Going to have to look into it. Glut has no problems, but I don''t want to use that...

im using win2000 with 64mb , it is way more stable than win98. ot as stable as linux mind. the only prob with 64mb is me womans 486 with 32mb running 98 loads programs quicker!. no shit i have actually tested and timed the results ,still speed aint everything stablity is.
