I''m having this problem with empty window bars appearing in the start bar... Was wondering if anyone knew why they''re there... I''ve only had them appear since I started OGL and they''re getting on my nerves. If I click on them they go away, but I don''t want them there in the first place. I''m having the same problem from time to time.
For me, it''s been a long time since installing Win95. Some guy once said it''s best to re-install it every half year, to keep your system optimal. I also should re-install since I''m getting more and more unexplained stuff happening...they have invaded my computer..aaarrrgghhh

I know this is a very lame answer, but how long is it since you installed Windows?

I''ve noticed this problem with Quake 2 but not Quake 3 (to my recollection). It seems to produce a new window for every res change or something, which seems to write it off as a glut/gl bug.

Check out www.glsetup.com and update your drives. See if that helps.

It's been about a year since I installed Win98 last..... I guess it's about that time... Or maybe it's just a secret government program that sends off info about who's programming what and when and how well they're doing so they can draft the best of us and have the rest lined up in front of a building and shot.

Be sure that you destroy your windows with
DestroyWindow function.

This happens to me when you exit the OpenGL app while running in full screen. At least this is what happens on my system.
