NeHe's next tutorial
I noticed NeHe asked what his next tutorial should be about. To save NeHe getting tons of mail on his next tutorial, we could post it in this forum. I have thought about his next tutorial but I can''t think of what it could be, anyone else?

I agree, I want more tutorials on 3d engine tech. Maybe ROAM terrain and octtrees Or just like a binary file format, than again I can do that :O If anyone is intrested in learning how to save and load c++ objects (classes, structs) into binary files, contact me... ICQ 17420367, email max621@ync.net

I would like to see some tech tutorials, too. Maybe some scene traversal algorithms. I also want to know what a perfect visibility set is. Or a tutorial on implementing bounding boxes and frustum culling. (Are that too much wishes?)
That''s a little bit off topic from OpenGL but I think its interesting???

LIGHTMAPS! LIGHTMAPS! LIGHTMAPS!
i know one of the lessons pretty much goes over multitexturing with bump mapping, but i''d still like to see a tutorial on LIGHT MAPS. see, not only would it help us out, but it''d be easy for Nehe to do since half of it is done in the bump tutorial already.

3D models animation is very easy, .md2(Quake2) models are very easy to read and to display, from what I understand they save one model for each frame.
If some one want some code in reading md2 models contact me at: kristian.johansson@akot.nu
Or you can search the webb there are pleanty of docs on that topic.
