Half-life model + weapon

''lo, Using the source from half-life viewer (chumbalumsoft), i''ve made a mdl viewer in C. It works fine but I don''t know how to link the weapon with the player movement. For external view weapon model don''t have anim. I think i need to attach the weapon to a bone but how ? Any idea ?
My bone is my weapon...

I am assuming you lock the weapon''s position/rotation to the bone''s position/rotation?
I try to lock the weapons bones to the model bones...
It gives strange result
Nobody ?

I have made a lot of try which gave me nothing.

Anybody knows another file formats which use skeleton and with specifications ?

Nice ! I did it.
Well, valve dit it and i cut/paste their code with a few modification.
I found the solution in half-life SDK (StudioMergeBones in StudioModelRenderer.cpp)
