Hi there, I''m in need of a Server Side DLL which will run under Debian linux. Just so I can post a form to it and it will write a page back to the browser depending on some choices and such. Any links, suggestions, source code, information or otherwise helpful stuff would be very much appreciated! As I have no experience programming for the linux platform however I have lot''s of experience with Assembler on Intel Machines and programming experience in general. Thanks, Ben __________________________ Mencken's Law: "For every human problem, there is a neat, simple solution; and it's always wrong."

DLL's on Linux? Aren't DLL's Windows stuff?

All of this can be easily done using a CGI script written in Perl (for example). If you want me to, I can help you out with this (I have experience with Perl under Linux).

Yah, I guess your right (Feels stupid). I didn''t even think of that. But I often see a web address of something like "http://...../shoppingcart.dll?user=Bob"

Or something like that... Sure I''ll email you to see if you can help me get some perl going. I''ve never done anything more than modify a perl script for a counter...

See ya,
Ben
